Finger-holes

All of our 3-hole and 2-hole grips are designed to be worn on the tips of the fingers to create the best dowel (fold over) possible and protect not just your palm but your fingers as well. Finger-hole grips provide versatility of use for different types of exercises and equipment used such as bars, rings, barbells and kettlebells. Finger-hole grips are best for athletes who prefer thumb-under bar grips or athletes new to functional fitness exercises and grips in general

Your "hand measure" is the total distance between the base of your middle finger and the top crease of your wrist. Use the table below to properly size your grips.

Finally, gymnastics grips I can use!

I have been anti-grips for 6 yrs (and have been crossfitting for 7 yrs). I went through so many different grips and nothing worked. I found the only way (so I thought) to hang onto the bar and not rip was through wrapping the bar with tape. That is true, but I discovered it’s not the only way! With these grips, I can hang onto the bar much longer and I’m not wasting money on tape! I have small hands, so I ordered Large grips and they have been fantastic! I highly suggest this all levels and sizes and genders. I like these grips so much, I’m going to order a few more pairs, just in case…I don’t want to be without these ones ever!

Not a fan

These are too soft and haven’t held a firm grip on any bar. Ive tried them all. So sending them back.
In contrast, the x2 gecko is outstanding. Grips everything. Sticky. Fits really well. Cut perfectly for my hands. Plan to get a 2nd pair.

Followed the size guide and ordered XL, the length is too short

Much much better than my previous grips. Furthermore, they provide very useful measurement guide, and information on the dowel effect/need which enables you to buy the right size.

It took long to arrive. It’s ok, pretty thin material and easily moves during a workout.
