    Which replacement cable should I buy?

    It depends where you are in your progression. PVC has more lag, so a slower turnover and more feedback while you build timing. Nylon-coated has less lag and a faster turnover, which suits consistent double unders. Same handles, different behavior.

    Will these cables fit my rope?

    They are built for the Flare handle system. All cables are 300cm and cut to size, so length is not the constraint, the handle fitting is. They are not intended for beaded or freestyle setups.

    How often should I replace my cable?

    When the coating frays or the rotation starts feeling inconsistent. Cable life is driven mostly by the surface you train on. Rough concrete wears a cable far faster than a rubber gym floor.

    What do the swivel balls do?

    They are the cable stopper holders that let the cable rotate freely inside the handle. Replace them when rotation feels gritty, which is usually before the cable itself fails. Sold as a pair, hex key included.

    Do I need the carry pouch?

    Only if your rope currently lives loose in your bag. The felt pouch with a hook-and-loop fold stops the cable tangling with the rest of your kit and takes the abuse that would otherwise land on the coating.
