Cables change how the rope behaves

PVC has more lag, so a slower turnover and more feedback while you build timing. Nylon-coated has less lag, a faster turnover and takes rougher surfaces, but it is stiffer. Same handles either way. All cables are 300cm and cut to size.

Swivel balls

The cable stopper holders that let the cable rotate freely inside the handle. Replace them when rotation starts feeling gritty, which is usually before the cable itself fails. Sold as a pair with a hex key included.

Carry pouch

A felt pouch with a hook-and-loop fold. Stops the cable tangling with everything else in your bag and takes the abuse that would otherwise land on the coating.
