GRIPS PAIRING INDEX
No single grip is best on every bar and in every session, which is why these are pairs. Find the profile closest to how you actually train.
No chalk grips are gymnastic hand grips made from rubber compounds that create friction directly against the bar, so you do not need magnesium chalk at all. The grip surface does the work chalk would normally do.
Athletes in commercial gyms, boxes that prefer to keep chalk down, facilities that ban it outright, and anyone training while travelling. They also suit competition where chalk is controlled or limited.
This is the trade. Rubber holds hardest on a clean surface and gives some of that up on a dusty or heavily chalked bar. If the bars at your gym are permanently coated, microfiber will serve you better. That is a matching problem, not a quality one.
Seal Pro is the firmest and most locked-in, 2.0mm of kevlar-reinforced SealX rubber built for clean powder-coated bars. Light wrist padding, low bulk, fast through transitions.
Seal is 2.2mm with a softer feel and a gloss surface that bites into the bar. Also kevlar reinforced, and the more comfortable of the two over long sessions.
Merlin runs all terrain. Micro-diamond rubber that works chalk or no chalk on any bar surface, for athletes who move between gyms.
WIDE and NARROW, sized on wrist circumference rather than hand size, both with cut lines to trim the length.
