The Flare Speed Rope is built for single unders, double unders and crossovers. Light, responsive and smooth through the turn, so the rope keeps pace instead of fighting you.

Tune it to your cable

Runs on both PVC and nylon-coated cables. PVC gives more lag and more feedback while you build timing. Nylon-coated gives less lag and a faster turnover once double unders are consistent. Same handles either way.
