Knee Sleeves

7mm neoprene knee sleeves for squats, cleans and high-volume functional training. 7mm is the standard thickness because it balances warmth, compression and range of motion. Thicker gives more rebound out of the bottom of a squat and becomes uncomfortable to wear for an hour.

The two options

Venta is medium compression, built to stay on for a whole session. Anti-slip silicone strips hold position through metcons, box jumps and running, so you are not stopping to pull them back up. Venta 7mm is the firmer, denser option, for athletes who want more noticeable support under heavy squats and explosive lifts.

Sizing and care

Sized on leg circumference, not apparel size, so measure rather than guess. Between sizes, go down for more compression and up if you plan to wear them for long sessions. Air them inside out after every session and hand wash cool. Neoprene and hot dryers do not mix.
